The company provides two years of maintenance from the invoice date for wooden parts, rails, hinges, and mechanisms where possible, without covering the cost of spare parts.

The warranty covers fabrics, leather, hinges, hydraulic parts, and rails.

The warranty does not cover electrical products.

The warranty becomes void in case of misuse, including but not limited to: breakage, exposure to direct sunlight, fabric tearing, or any use that does not match the intended purpose of the product, such as using cleaning materials that are not specifically designed for furniture. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by natural disasters.

The warranty will be void if delivery or installation is carried out by a third party outside the company.

If maintenance is required outside the warranty period, the cost will be charged to the customer. The customer has the right to know the prices before requesting the service and must approve and pay the cost before work begins.
