Delivery and Installation Policy

  • Free delivery and installation for purchases worth 5,000 SAR or more in the following cities:
    Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, and Qatif.
  • Free delivery and installation for purchases exceeding 20,000 SAR in other areas of the Kingdom for non-discounted products. For discounted products, the invoice value must exceed 30,000 SAR.
  • A 300 SAR delivery fee applies to invoices below 20,000 SAR in other areas of the Kingdom and during sales periods if the invoice is below 30,000 SAR.
  • A 500 SAR installation fee applies to invoices below 20,000 SAR in other areas of the Kingdom and during sales periods if the invoice is below 30,000 SAR.
  • After purchase, a customer service representative will contact the customer within 48 hours to schedule delivery and installation.
  • Delivery and installation will occur within 10 to 15 days during regular periods and 15 to 25 days during sales periods.
  • If a customer misses their scheduled appointment, the company reserves the right to set a new appointment and charge a fee for delivery and installation services as deemed appropriate.
  • The customer must ensure that the site is fully ready. If the products have been loaded into the vehicle and delivery to the site has commenced, but the site is found to be unready, a new delivery appointment will be scheduled at a later time, and additional fees will apply. These fees will also apply if the customer cancels the appointment after the products have been loaded into the vehicle.
