Customers must collect purchased products within a maximum period of one (1) month from the date of purchase.

The Company provides free storage for one (1) month from the date of purchase.

If the storage period exceeds thirty (30) days, a storage fee equal to 5% of the invoice value will be charged for each additional month.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the invoice and refund the customer if storage fees remain unpaid within seven (7) days from the date of notification.
